Spring Rolls

When I picked up my iPad yesterday, I found it opened to a YouTube video for making Authenic Laotian Spring Rolls. Of course, my homeland-sick husband was behind the planting of the seed, but today the kids and I embarked on making them ourselves. They turned out delicious and my husband was thrilled that we made them just for him!
